how words fail / pleasure, & studio-work continues, (plus) the body knows more than i tell it

my toeses
(p.s. I've been thinkin'. I've really been.)

(p.p.s. these are the toes I grew up being told were deformed. which my friends like to call prehensile. after taking a nice long bath after spending a day in the studio after giving quiche to my buddy after spending the previous day in the studio after spending the previous day stuffing my face with turkey and having a wonderful thanksgiving with friends, I like to paint my toenails a lovely light blue shade. and then fall asleep.)
Comments:
prehensile girl, it sounds like the weekend went well. hopefully next weekend we catch up, eh? (or as you say: yah?)

hey, i just rememememebered a sushibar downtown... if your there during din-time or lunch-time this week, you should give me a yodel and we can catch up there...

(you're)

my friend sara has the same gangly toes as you...she can open a beer can with them.

i'll have to start practicing. but i dunno, they're awfully sensitive little toes... I could imagine some cuts and scrapes happening.

hello...this is chav's friend sara..with the exact same gangly toes. (as chav so delicatley put it) i also grew up being told they were deformed. my friends tend to call mine krinkle toes. it's ok with me i guess. question...do you find that wearing flippers while swimming causes them to cramp up?? i do and it is f-in annoying.

hi sara. we should start a prehensile/krinkle club. to compare notes.

i hadn't thought about it, but yes; they do tend to cramp with flippers. and i can't open beer cans but have practiced picking up pencils and trying to draw (inspired by the film "My Left Foot"). with practice, i hope to one day be a prehensiled idiot-savantish painter.

regardless, i have always persisted, as i hope you have, in insisting that they are rather f-in nice, not deformed t'all...
